Ability to make listings featured inside a specific category

For large directories with a lot of categories, it would open up additional monetization options to be able to offer featured listings inside specific categories.So have a setting for global featured listings (featured globally + in every category the listing is assigned to).And also have the option to make a listing featured on a specific category page, but not globally.
