Include Categories and Tags in the Search Bar search results

Currently when you use the search bar, it only searches the Name and Description fields of each listing.It would be great if it would also search the Categories and Tags, and possibly the Content.Why is this useful?Instead of clicking on a category or tag, a user may simply search for the name of the category or tag using the search bar.Currently, if those exact words aren't used in either the Name or Description field of a listing (which happens often), the listing won't show up.This results in listings that are perfectly qualified for the user's search term not showing up in the search results.
