Opening up Blog for outside submission (Approval Based)

Opening up the blogging system to receive outside submission with or without approval (just like listing). Outside contribution will increase credibility of the Blog. Also, it will open up another monetization avenue - Posting of Brand/Client specific articles which the directory owner gets paid for. Will additionally help any Client/Brand with PR and more links
