An FAQ that is constantly built by visitors. I always though this app:https://hagrid.io/ was a great idea and could add to your schema without you doing too much. This tool was abandoned a long long time ago, but for engagement, this would be great. No idea if its something you can build into directify, but thought I would mention it!
