Unable to View Form Leads or Access Uploaded Files – 500 Server Error

On QCDayTrips.com, under the Forms > Leads section, I’m experiencing two critical issues:

  1. Clicking “View” on a lead returns a 500 Internal Server Error

    • I cannot view the data submitted via the form.

    • This has occurred consistently for multiple entries.

  2. No way to retrieve uploaded files or images from customers

    • Even though a file path or link shows in the lead table (e.g. ends in

      .png

      ), there is no clear or clickable download link.

    • Attempting to open these links results in broken or incomplete responses.

    • There is no built-in file viewer or download option in the lead detail view.

This makes it impossible to respond to customer submissions or access any assets they may have uploaded.

Please advise if this is a known bug or if file handling/viewing requires a different configuration.
